Our typical process goes like this:
  1. Call us or fill in the contact form.
  2. One of our team members from Regina will contact you and set up a time to come and see your house.
  3. We will come visit you at your house   to view the features and conditions of your house.

About Dave and Maximus Properties

Honesty, hard work, and trustworthiness are the values that shaped Dave’s journey. Growing up on a farm about an hour and a half outside Regina, Dave learned early on the importance of integrity and determination. Those same values continue to guide him today as he lives in Regina with his wife, Amie, and their son, Maksym.

Dave's journey into real estate began after earning his engineering degree and pursuing his passion for property investment. He co-founded KD Properties in Regina, where he spent several successful years helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Dave eventually transitioned out to his own business.

Inspiration for the name of his new venture came from the most important person in his life - his son Maksym. Everything Dave does is to create a better life for his family, and with that in mind, Maximus Properties was born.

Dave’s experience in real estate started in 2009, when he bought his first property with the help of his father, who co-signed for the down payment. Dave rented out rooms to friends, learning the ropes of property management and investment along the way. Over the years, he explored various methods of real estate investing, eventually finding his niche in house flipping — buying homes, renovating them, and re-selling them.

What truly drives Dave is the opportunity to help homeowners facing difficult situations. Whether it's a home in need of repairs, a renovation project that's gotten out of hand, or a property that is just too stressful to handle, Dave is passionate about providing a simple, straightforward solution. He understands the stress and burden that a challenging property can create, and he’s proud to offer a fast, hassle-free way for people to move on with their lives.
